Rollence Granito manufactures 1200 x 1200 mm porcelain tiles at its own factory in Matel, Tal. Wankaner, Dist. Morbi, Gujarat, India, and supplies them to importers, distributors, and project contractors across Egypt. The size is written four ways by buyers: 1200 x 1200 mm, 120 x 120 cm, 47 x 47 inch, and approx. 4 x 4 ft. One tile covers 1.44 m², which is 4.0 times the coverage of a standard 600 x 600 mm tile. Production runs to ISO 13006 Group BIa porcelain classification with water absorption of 0.5% or less, and every batch is checked against the ISO 10545 test series before it is cleared for export.
Indian and European specs use millimetres, Gulf retail buyers often quote centimetres, and older drawings still ask in feet. All four below describe the same 1200 x 1200 mm tile, so nothing gets misordered on a tender.
Dry-pressed, rectified, ISO 13006 Group BIa porcelain. The reference standard is listed against each property so it can be pasted directly into a tender submission.
Note: polished and high-gloss surfaces are not recommended for outdoor paving, pool surrounds, or any floor that stays wet. For wet or external areas, specify a matte or textured finish and confirm the DIN 51130 slip rating (R10 or R11).
